In Art this week Year 1 and 2 have been experimenting with primary and secondary colours. Here are some examples:
An action packed Boxing workshop was enjoyed by all the pupils today. Many thanks to John Murray for providing a fantastic workshop and sharing his boxing expertise with the children.
We are incredibly proud of our choir who sang beautifully on Tuesday night at Manchester Cathedral. Well done Farrowdale choir and our amazing choir teacher Miss Santana.

In Year 1 and 2 the children have created pictures of the London skyline during The Great Fire. The children enjoyed using marbling inks to create the fire.
One of our Year One pupils has completed her half term homework project on the weather. An outstanding and creative effort. Well done!
On Friday our Early Years made Gruffalo cup cakes from scratch. They looked amazing and tasted delicious!
Farrowdale had a special visitor today; Olympic medalist Beth Tweddle MBE.
Yesterday Year 1 and Year 2 went out collecting Autumn leaves and made some beautiful Autumn sun catchers.
One of our Reception pupils has completed his challenge homework to make a habitat for a small animal preparing for Winter. A superb effort well done!
