Year 1 and 2 have thoroughly enjoyed their practical learning; planting and watering vegetable seeds. They will observe the results over the following weeks.
During a science lesson we used magnifying glasses to look closely at different fruit and vegetables. We discussed how each fruit and vegetable is grown and then we chose our favourite to draw.

Our Key Stage 2 pupils thoroughly enjoyed their Lights, Colour, Action workshop today which involved spectrums, chromatography and indoor fireworks.
As part of their science topic on plants the Year 1 and 2 children enjoyed their lesson planting cress seeds.
